(Troutdale, OR) -- They're still trying to piece together exactly what led to today's shooting at Reynolds High School just outside of Portland, Oregon. Senior Kyla Bynum was headed to school to pick up her graduation tickets when it became clear that something terrible had happened on campus.
Once the chaos died down it was determined that both the gunman and one student had been killed. School resource officers are being credited with stopping a gunman in a shooting. A teacher was reportedly grazed by a bullet but should be fine and the school's student body was safely evacuated. The White House confirmed soon after today's incident that President Obama had been briefed and was keeping an eye on the developments.
