FEMA donation information for people, livestock

Hurricane Harvey will have a lasting impact on the Gulf Coast of Texas.

National Voluntary Agencies Active in Disaster (VOAD) members will be here providing relief and recovery for years to come, and they need your help.

Financial Donations: If you are an individual, please remember that cash is best at this time. Please donate to a Texas VOAD Member or a National VOAD Member to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

FEMA has also included an in-kind donation form for individuals, that can be found here.

If you are a company seeking to donate goods to the Hurricane Harvey Response efforts, please fill out the form located on the Corporate Donations page. This information will be sent to the appropriate parties as needs arise.

If you would like to volunteer for a National VOAD member organization, please visit the Volunteer page HERE.

The Texas Department of Agriculture has a website and phone line set up with information regarding hay and feed for livestock.

The phone line and website is for producers in need of feed/hay, as well as for people wanting to donate feed/hay. Feel free to pass it on to anyone inquiring information about livestock feed.  Hay Hotline:(512) 463-9360 For more information, email HayHotline@TexasAgriculture.gov.
