The U.S. Border Patrol says it rescued multiple migrant families from the Rio Grande River. The six Haitian nationals were trying to wade across the river earlier this week near the Del Rio Port of Entry in Texas. Officials say they saw the group struggling to get across and pulled them safely aboard their boat. The group, which included two children under the age of one, were not injured.
