New York's Day of Terror

When people think of terror attacks on New York City, they think 9/11...but they too often forget that there was another attack in 1993It’s been 25 years since the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. And while the incident was seen by many as effectively the first attack that paved the way for the way Americans live today, it’s often overshadowed by 9/11.

Still, New Yorkers joined together yesterday to commemorated the day with a solemn tribute to the six people and unborn child killed in the New York City terror attack – and the one thousand people injured.

In all, six people have been convicted for the attack including the mastermind behind it, Ramzi Yousef. Interestingly, Yousef is also the nephew of self-proclaimed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. A seventh suspect remains at large
