Central Texas prosecutors are going to seek the death penalty against a man accused of killing two people in Temple. The Bell County District Attorney's Office announced their decision today. Cedric Marks is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, Jenna Scott, and Michael Swearing in January then burying their bodies in Oklahoma. He was eventually captured in Michigan and returned to Texas. Marks was able to escape custody for nine hours near Houston but was eventually captured.
