Attorneys for the man accused of killing 22 inside an El Paso Walmart want more time to review evidence. They made the request during a status hearing this afternoon in El Paso saying they are not ready to go to trial. The 21-year-old is charged with capital murder in connection with the early August shooting spree. He's pleaded not guilty and is being held without bond.
