Some Malaysian social media personalities found themselves facing trouble with the law after they hoaxed the disappearance of an influencer who was said to have vanished during a ghost hunt. The weird case reportedly began last Monday when YouTuber Ammar Nazhan posted a video wherein he revealed that an intended collaboration with popular TikTok makeup artist Eyka had gone wildly awry. The young woman, he claimed, had gone missing during a ghost hunt that the pair had been conducting in an Indonesian forest. As one might imagine, Eyka's fans were on the edge of their proverbial seats until a few days later when the influencer was 'miraculously' found under rather suspicious circumstances.
