This morning Mayor Joe McComb is in the Box. The city says, looks like a $10 million shortfall. I've heard of bounced checks and I've heard about "insufficient funds" but....for the life of me I'm not sure how someone in a budget "workshop" or the finance committee arrives at "shortfall." Oh yea, it may slow down road construction.......so, take heed....
