A Never Trumper shot and killed 11 people in a synagogue in Pittsburgh on Saturday. He killed them because he hates Jews, and he blames Jews for the election of Donald John Trump as president.......And immediately the democrats and their lap doggies, the media, were blaming it on Trump and his racist anti-Semite rhetoric. When people talk freely and foolishly and noxiously about America as having been built on racism, there is one simple answer to their libel: George Washington’s letter to a synagogue in Newport, written in August 1790.
“The citizens of the United States of America have a right to applaud themselves for having given to mankind examples of an enlarged and liberal policy — a policy worthy of imitation. All possess alike liberty of conscience and immunities of citizenship,” Washington wrote. “May the children of the stock of Abraham who dwell in this land continue to merit and enjoy the good will of the other inhabitants — while every one shall sit in safety under his own vine and fig tree and there shall be none to make him afraid.”
